Meet Blossom the Memory Bear

Meet Blossom my first ever memory bear made by the lovely Sandi from Family Comforts. Using fabrics from my ‘Pressed Flower Collection’ which I designed for Lewis and Irene, I knew I wanted something special to commemorate these designs and Sandi truly came through for me.

Sandi creates a luxurious experience from the moment you open the box. Nestled inside within swathes of tissue paper you find your new friend. The details in every stitch are incredible. From her brown eyes, to her little bow, I just can’t stop staring at her. Her tactile little paws are so therapeutic to stroke while I’m sketching designs or pondering what to write and I’m finding that she’s become quite the companion. Her jointed limbs and sturdiness mean I can sit her in different positions, which my children find hilarious and I’m sure Rory thinks she’s magic and can move by herself.

Sandi doesn’t just make bears, she makes memories come to life. If a bear isn’t your style, she has a whole menagerie of memory animal patterns. From fabulous foxes to cute rabbits, there really is something for everyone.
